GENTLE BEAUTY FOR STRESSED SKIN

Each One Earns its Place.

Ceramide - The Barrier Keeper

Most cleansers take something from your skin. This one puts it back. Ceramide seals moisture in, so your face feels comfortable after washing instead of tight. It's the same lipid your barrier is already made of — you're just topping it up.

Vitamin B5 - The Deep drink

Water on its own doesn't stay in skin. B5 holds onto it. You step out of the bathroom hydrated, not parched. Over a few weeks, that adds up to skin that stops feeling reactive.

Moss Algae - Where The Name Came From

Moss survives on almost nothing and stays soft through all of it. That's the idea this formula was built on. The algae extract calms skin and brings antioxidants with it. Quiet work, but you notice when it's missing.

The Proof is in the Rinse.

A full face of makeup and SPF on one side. One cleanse on the other. Slide, and see for yourself.

Frequently
Asked Questions

What actually makes a "double cleanser" different?

Your face wash lifts what water can reach. Makeup, SPF and sebum are oil-based, so foam and water slide right past them. A double cleanse handles both — an oil phase that dissolves what’s oily, then a milk phase that rinses everything away. Ours does both in one bottle, so you’re not buying two products or washing your face twice.

Will it take off waterproof makeup and SPF?

Yes — as long as you start on dry skin. That's the step most people skip, and it's the one doing the work. Massage 30–60 seconds, and give the eye area and any heavy SPF a few extra. Long-wear formulas need more time, not more scrubbing.

Why does everyone say start on dry skin?

Water gets in the way. Add it too early and the gel turns to milk before it's had a chance to dissolve anything — you end up rinsing off the cleanser instead of the makeup. Dry first, water last. That's the whole trick.

Wait — cleanse before makeup too?

Foundation is only as good as what's under it. Stripped skin grabs product unevenly and overproduces oil to compensate, which is why makeup can go patchy or dull an hour in. A properly cleansed face gives it something smooth to sit on.

Why three textures instead of one?

Because skin isn't carrying one kind of mess. Gel grips dry makeup, oil melts SPF and sebum, milk carries it all off. One texture would have to compromise on two of those jobs. This one just changes as it goes.

Is it okay for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Formulated for all skin types, with dry and easily irritated skin as the hardest test case. No stripping surfactants, and ceramide keeps the barrier intact on the way out. That said — it cleanses gently, it doesn't treat acne, and we won't pretend otherwise. Reactive skin or prescription actives? Patch test behind the ear for 24 hours first.

Do I still need a second cleanser after this?

For most people, no — that's the entire point. The gel becomes oil, the oil becomes milk the moment you add water; the second cleanse happens in your hands. If your skin feels comfortable after rinsing rather than tight or filmy, you're done. Very oily skin is the exception, and that isn't the formula failing — some skin simply produces more to lift.

Why doesn't it foam?

Foam is a mood, not a measure. That squeaky-clean feeling is your barrier being stripped, and skin usually responds by making more oil. Ours rinses clean without the lather, which is why your face feels soft instead of tight.

Can I use it every day, morning and night?

Every night, yes — that's what it's built for. Mornings are optional and gentler: use it straight on a wet face and it skips the heavy oil phase, cleansing lightly so skin is left soft rather than squeaky. Over-washing is real, and we'd rather you didn't.

How much is one pump, really?

One is enough for a full face, including a full face of makeup. Two feels generous but mostly ends up down the drain. At 50ml, a pump a night runs you a little over two months.

How long before I notice a difference?

The comfort is immediate — from the first wash, your skin shouldn't feel tight afterwards. Anything you can see, like how skin looks or how makeup sits on it, give it two to four weeks. We're not going to tell you overnight. Skin doesn't work like that.

Can I use it on eye makeup?

Yes, including waterproof. Keep eyes closed while it's still in its oil phase, take your time, and add water at the end. No rubbing — waterproof formulas need patience, not pressure.
