Where we ship
All across India, to every pin code our courier partners service. We also ship internationally. Enter your pin code at checkout to check serviceability.
How long it takes
We dispatch within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. After that:

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Weather, festivals and courier backlogs can add a few days.
What it costs
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Below that, ₹199 flat. Cash on Delivery is available with a ₹199 handling fee. International shipping is calculated at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are payable by you on delivery. Everything is shown before you pay.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS once we dispatch. It can take up to 24 hours to go live.
Delivery
Couriers attempt delivery twice. Please double-check your address and phone number — we can't change them after dispatch, and we can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
If a parcel comes back to us, we'll get in touch. Re-shipping costs a fresh shipping charge, or we can return the product value minus shipping already spent.
Damaged parcels
If it arrives visibly damaged or with a broken seal, refuse delivery and email us the same day at care@beigecosmetics.in.
