Mosscare is a brand of Beige Cosmetics Pvt Ltd, 0-672/1, New Railway Road, Subhash Nagar, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. This explains what we do with your data. Short version: we use it to get your order to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone and address when you order. Your email if you subscribe. Basic browsing data through cookies. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — those go straight to Razorpay.
What we use it for
Processing and delivering your order, sending you order updates, answering your questions, handling exchanges, and sending marketing emails if you've opted in.
Who we share it with
Only who we need to:
• Shopify — our store platform
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Our courier partners — your name, address and phone, so they can deliver
• Our email and SMS providers — order updates and marketing messages
• Analytics providers — understanding how the site is used
Some of these process data outside India, and where they do we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand site traffic. You'll be asked to accept them on your first visit, and you can change your mind at any time through your browser settings — though parts of the site may stop working properly.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for 8 years, as required under the Companies Act. Support correspondence for 24 months. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Everything else, only as long as we need it.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us what data we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email care@beigecosmetics.in and we'll respond within 30 days. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS and access to customer data is restricted to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
Children
This site isn't for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we'll delete it.
