Who can order
You need to be 18 or older. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your account secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
Products
We describe everything as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and packaging may differ slightly from photos.
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat or cure anything. Patch test behind your ear 24 hours before first use. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or use prescription actives, check with a dermatologist first. Stop using it if irritation occurs.
Prices and payment
All prices are in INR and include GST. We accept all payment methods supported by Razorpay — cards, UPI, net banking and wallets — as well as Cash on Delivery. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel and refund you in full, and we'll tell you first.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch, not when payment is taken. We may decline or cancel orders that are out of stock, incorrectly priced, outside our delivery area, unverifiable, or that look fraudulent. If we cancel after payment, you get a full refund.
Discount codes
One use per customer unless we say otherwise, can't be combined, no cash value, and we can withdraw them at any time. We may cancel orders where a code has been misused.
Our content
The Mosscare name, logo, packaging, photography and website copy belong to us. Please don't reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Fair use
Don't use the site to break the law, scrape our content, place fraudulent orders, or resell our products without written authorisation. Reviews you post should be your own and honest — we may remove anything false or abusive.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Things outside our control
We aren't liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, government action, courier disruption or similar events beyond our reasonable control.
Legal
Indian law applies. Disputes go to the courts at Delhi. We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one live when you ordered.
